It was scary, but then Vedran came and saved them, taking them to safety. What no one knew back then was that my mom was pregnant, with 12 puppies! I was one of those babies. We grew up safe, happy, and loved here in the refuge. One day, some kind people came and adopted two of my siblings. I was so happy for them! I heard they went to warm homes with soft beds and toys and people who adore them.
